  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 cup Italian breadcrumbs
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper

Baking Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray a medium baking dish with pan spray and set aside.
  • Mix the ground turkey, Italian breadcrumbs, diced onion, minced garlic, eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl until everything is incorporated. Roll the mixture into 1 ½-2-inch balls and place in the prepared baking dish.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the internal temperature of the meatballs reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit and the tops are lightly browned.

Notes

Or you can use regular breadcrumbs with 1 Tablespoon of Italian seasoning.
