  • 2 stalks celery, trimmed approx. 100g
  • 1 small pear, cored approx. 60g
  • 1 medium banana, peeled approx. 90g
  • 4 leaves kale, stripped from the stalk
  • 2 handfuls baby spinach
  • 2-3 large ice cubes optional
