Ingredients
  

Crust Ingredients

  • 1 10oz can good quality chicken breast net weight 7 ounces
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ C low-fat shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 T Stacey Hawkins Italian Basil Infused Panko
  • 1 T Stacey Hawkins Zesty White Chili Seasoning
  • your favorite veggies & toppings count for accordingly

Instructions
 

Pizza Preparation

  • Drain and flake canned chicken using a fork. Remove as much liquid as possible.
  • Place chicken in a single layer on a cookie sheet and bake for 5-7 minutes at 500° F until dry and somewhat crisp, stirring occasionally.
  • Let chicken cool slightly and combine with a beaten egg, panko, and seasoning in a large bowl.
  • Form into a ball and pour mixture onto a silicone baking sheet.
  • Cover with a piece of parchment paper and gently roll into a thin crust.
  • Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes at 500° F.
  • Remove from oven, add cheese and other toppings, and bake for another 6-10 minutes at 500° F.
  • Remove from the oven, slice and enjoy!

Notes

Serving size is the whole pizza. For a gluten-free crust, substitute 2 T low-fat parmesan cheese.
